This product was designed for use by operators at hospital telephone switchboards, most of whom had minimal computer experience and limited education. In contrast to the advanced developer orientation of the Java EE 5 Tutorial, above, the instructions in this Operator's Guide needed to be as simple and non-technical as possible.
